Mean you no harm
Hold up for more
Take you home the long way
Unable to walk straight
Hip to hip hand to hand
Stop on the steps
Standing above me tall
One slab up and over
Arms drapes on my shoulders
Sparkle in your eye
Shade on your lips
I’d stand here all night

Would I like to come inside
Of course I would
But I’ll bite your neck
And leave for the evening
Trying to not let compulsion
Get in way of something real
Arbitrarily deciding on my own
Instead of talking it through
Leaned against your pillows
Like an actual gentleman
Ruining any attempt at intimacy
Suppose that’s the point
